Outpatient Therapy Center

For over 10 years Blossom View has delivered outpatient therapies to the community. In May 2009 we moved these services to a new location in Sodus to better accommodate our patients. See the map on our locations page for directions to our new center.

The Outpatient Therapy Center is staffed with licensed and certified physical, occupational, speech and massage therapists. Please see the link to our brochure. There you will find more detailed information about each type of therapy and how it could benefit you.

Referrals for service must be ordered by your physician. (Massage therapy is also offered without a prescription).To arrange an appointment, call our receptionist at 315 483 2000. She will assist you through the referral process and set you up with your first appointment.

We accept most health insurances, Medicare, and Medicaid. Ask about our cash program. We look forward to working with you!
